"I don't recommend this agent. They cannot even write a policy with the correct address. It has been more than 5 days since I requested a correction and I haven't heard anything from them."

"Hi Laura, I’m sorry for the frustration this has caused. I do want to clarify that my Team submitted your requested address change on August 31st, the same day we received your request.
Unfortunately, address corrections on renters policies can take approximately 7-14 business days to be completed within our system after they are submitted. While that processing time is outside our office’s direct control, we should have done a better job communicating the expected timeframe and keeping you updated.
We truly value your business and take your concerns seriously. Our team will continue to follow up until the correction is fully completed. "

"Eric is incredibly helpful in all aspects. He is honest about coverage on what you need vs what you don’t need. He is awesome about managing claims, and does everything he can to help. In today’s age is it a breath of fresh air to get a real person on the phone and not have to sit through automated telephone services. Someone is always available.
